Robert Sean Leonard Dr. James Wilson [/i] Robert Sean Leonard has carved out a distinguished career for himself on both stage and screen. Leonard won a 2001 Tony Award for Best Actor (Featured Role – Play) for his performance in “The Invention of Love.” In 2003, he was nominated in the same category for his performance in “Long Day’s Journey into Night,” which also starred Brian Dennehy, Vanessa Redgrave and Philip Seymour Hoffman. More recently, he was seen on stage in “The Violet Hour” opposite Scott Foley. Leonard’s extensive theater credits include the Broadway productions of “The Music Man”; “The Iceman Cometh” with Kevin Spacey; “The Glass Menagerie”; “Arcadia”; “Candida,” for which he received a Tony nomination; “The Speed of Darkness”; “Breaking the Code”; and “Brighton Beach Memoirs.” He also appeared in the West End production of “Our Town.” In 2001 he starred in Richard Linklater’s film “Tape” with Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman, and was in the ensemble drama “Chelsea Walls,” directed by Ethan Hawke and based on the play of the same name. Born in New Jersey, Leonard began his career at the age of 14 at the Ridgewood Theater in New York. At 19, he made his film debut in the acclaimed “Dead Poets Society,” starring opposite Robin Williams and Ethan Hawke. Leonard’s additional credits include the films “The Last Days of Disco” with Chloë Sevigny; “Much Ado About Nothing” with Denzel Washington and Emma Thompson; “The Age of Innocence” with Daniel Day-Lewis, Michelle Pfeiffer and Winona Ryder; “Swing Kids”; “Mr. & Mrs. Bridge” with Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward; and the telefilm “A Painted House,” based on the novel by John Grisham. I saw Dead Poets Society a couple of months ago - it was funny I'm like WILSON!! But YOUNG Wilson - it was FUNNY!!!

Me too!!!..that is a excellent movie!!!!......BUT SO SAD AT THE SAME TIME!......I cry when his character died!!......"Captain my captain"......that is a line the would never forget!

its a play by william shakespeare and robert plays this guy named Claudio.....yup...you see him naked too....anyway...claudio is in love with hero.....and....its just about that...and...their love...

I bought the dead poet's society movie yesterday, he kill himself with his father gun, gos it's so sad. and god he looks so thin, it's wow, incredible that it's the same robert wow
