House's newest patient is 18-year-old Jack (guest star Patrick Fugit, "Almost Famous"), brought to the hospital after experiencing a heart attack and massive vomiting. Barely an adult himself, Jack has been the parent to his younger brother and sister since their parents died. After a brief perusal of Jack's file, House thinks he's got the diagnosis, seals it in an envelope and turns the process into a game, challenging Cameron, Foreman and Chase to figure it out on their own. When Jack is given an option that would lead to a possible reprieve from his worsening illness, he's faced with a decision that could break up his little family forever. Meanwhile, in an attempt to extract a confession, Tritter (guest star David Morse) makes it almost impossible for Wilson to practice medicine, driving a friendship-ruining wedge between House and Wilson in "Whac-A-Mole".

SHOOT ME IN THE FACE THIS EP WAS SO FREAKIN SAD!!!!!
*dies* i can't talk i'm just all AHHHHHHHHH
things are so not looking good for house. the cop took wilsons car, freezed his accounts, and took his ability to write perscriptions and at the end house goes into see wilson and wilson says he's shutting down his practice and house is a total ass about the whole thing and in the end scene, wilson is waiting for the bus (cause he doesn't have a car) and house rides up on his motorcycle and stops to stare at wilson but then speeds off.
AHHHHH
i swear, the previews for next weeks episode looks like its going to be a killer. there's a clip where cuddy is cradling one of house's patients, she's crying to the cop about how wilson left, and the previews also said that someone will betray house to the cop, and also, there's a scene where house punches chase.
*dies* someone bury my body please, i'm dead dead.

Is up!!!!!! yay! *runs like a crazy person*......*downloading* *Cries Harder*....... ...lot and lot of snifff!! Poor Wilson!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This ep was way too sad!......The hole thing with the older brothers just make me feel hangry at him .....since I'm an older siter ...I can't share his opinion......porbably it would be hard as hell but ....is a responsabilite and you should assume those as something you must have and GROW UP! OK....the other bussines.........I like House but this time is too much harder on his friend ....it he really want to keep Wilson friendship he needs to do something.....I always feel sorry for Wilson .....4 wifes ( they are 4 ?? right? o 3)....and do know why life always suck for him......lmao......so this is too much I think the he is way pass of his patience........and the people who is on charge on him. Can't see what comes next ...but he serously need a great lawyer!

OMGOMGOMGOMG this I am in total agreement with Annie -this ep was REALLY REALLY SAD!!! I HATE Jack - I am of a similar age and have a little bro and sis of similar ages to the two kids in this - there's no way I'd ever do that!!!!!! And HOUSE!!!! What has gotten into you?? (Liked the game at the start - hehehe) Anyone spot those weird glances between House and Cameron when she was helping him with his shoulder strap thingy?? WHY WAS HOUSE SUCH A MOLE TO WILSON? ? what an ASS!! I haven't seen the previews for next week - bummer.
